Deliveries
We have regular deliveries from our Falkirk base to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Dundee, Perth, Paisley, Fraserburgh, Peterhead, Inverness, Elgin, Fife, Ayrshire, Lanarkshire and locally, using our own dedicated fleet of vehicles.
Our own vehicles do not deliver outwith our regular runs in Scotland.
However we can organise a courier to deliver to other areas at a cost. Please contact us if you wish us to quote for delivery to your area.
You are also welcome to arrange collection, either personally, or by a courier of your choice.
We aim to deliver our products to you within 7 working days, subject to stock availability.
Once an order is placed we will contact you to confirm our current stock availability and expected delivery date.
Whilst the majority of our doors are sourced from our own stock a small selection are made to order and have variable availability, dependent on the model.

Returns
You have the right to return any products purchased online within seven days of the date of receipt.
Please contact us with details of your purchase to arrange this.
We reserve the right to refuse any return request made outwith the seven day period, at our discretion. A 25% restocking charge will be levied when products are returned to stock outwith the seven day period. The products must be returned at your expense in the condition they were received. Refunds will be processed once the products have been inspected upon their return to check they are received back in the condition they were received by you.
This does not apply to products made to your specification, as these products are non-returnable.
