Getting started
Simply contact mail@finewood.uk to receive your unique login details.
Download the free app from the Apple App Store or from Google Play (search for Finewood) and then log on using the provided details.
Once you are registered and have been accepted, all you have to do is simply log on with your username and password that we have given you.
You can switch between the app and browser versions of the system, or even use them both at the same time.

- Search and add your chosen products to the basket.
- Proceed to checkout and place your order.
Please note that access to our Customer Portal is only available to approved Trade Account Customers and Credit Account customers.
